Does Leesa offer free shipping?
Yes, Leesa offers free shipping to all 50 states in the US. Orders will generally arrive in 6 - 12 working days (3 - 7 working days to ship and the remainder for delivery), as mattresses are made to order. You'll be sent tracking details via email as soon as your order has been placed so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Will Leesa take my old mattress?
Yes, Leesa offers White Glove Delivery for a $179 fee. This service includes delivery and removal of your old mattress, saving you the chore of removing your old one under your own steam. Generally, this will delay delivery slightly, meaning your order arrives in 7 - 15 business days. Note that this service is only available in the 48 contiguous US states.
Does Leesa offer warranties?
How long your warranty is depends on how new your mattress model is. Newer models (since february 2025) now come with a lifetime warranty, whereas models purchased before this date still have the old 10-year. In all cases, warranties only protect against defects or manufacturer faults, not a desire to return products if unwanted. For non-mattress products, Leesa offers 1 - 10 years warranties depending on the item (e.g. adjustable bases are covered for 10 years, frames and foundations are covered for 3 years, and bedding and accessories are generally covered for 1 year).
What is the Leesa returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your mattress, you can return it within 120 days of receiving it thanks to Leesa’s 120 night risk-free trial, although you'll need to try out your mattress for at least 30 days before you can return it.
Non-mattress products that have not been used and are still in the box can be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Returns are free via collection - just get in touch with the Leesa team before your return period is over to arrange one.

The best way to save money on your Leesa orders is to shop the sales. Leesa offers regular deals and discounts on its full line of products throughout the year, with the biggest and best sales around holidays like Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Black Friday and Cyber Monday offering up to $900 off. When you buy select mattresses at Leesa, you'll occasionally get freebies included in your order. We've previously seen the likes of two free pillows included with certain mattresses, with the retail value of these freebies sitting around $200. Deals come and go throughout the year, with many appearing during key sales for a limited time only, so snap them up sooner rather than later.
Get a military discount
Leesa offers special discounts to active duty military personnel and veterans as thanks for their service, as well as to first responders, nurses, medical staff, students and teachers. The brand checks your status via ID.Me. Just sign in to or create an ID.Me account at the checkout, and once your eligibility has been verified, Leesa will give you a $75 discount on adult mattresses.
Refer a friend
Know someone who'd like the Leesa range? Refer your friends and family members to the brand to net them money off their first order and earn yourself a reward. Head to the dedicated referral page on the Leesa site, then get your unique referral link and send it to your friend or loved one. When they make a purchase using your link, they'll get $75 off their first order over $598, and you'll be sent a $50 Amazon voucher when their order arrives as thanks.

How to use Leesa coupons
- Look through the available Leesa coupons listed above and click 'Get Code' next to one you want to use.
- Copy the code, then head to their website to start your shopping.

Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
