A look at the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Wednesday, June 28.
Leeds United plot QPR raid for midfielder
Football Insider claims Leeds and Burnley are competing to sign QPR midfielder Sam Field this summer. The 25-year-old is in the final year of his contract at Loftus Road this season and both aforementioned clubs are keen on bolstering their midfield options.
The former England youth international made 48 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops last season, scoring twice and notching three assists in that time. His impressive start to the 2022-23 campaign drew attention from Fulham and Crystal Palace, but a move would not come to fruition.

The midfielder, who operates in a defensive role, can also play further forward. Both Leeds and newly promoted Burnley are said to be vying for his signature.
Liverpool set asking price for Leeds United target
Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool defender Nat Phillips this summer. That's according to The Athletic, who claim the Whites' pursuit of the Reds' centre-half is 'irrespective of their head coach and sporting director appointments.'
Leeds saw their Premier League status slide away with defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on the final day of last season and they're now gearing up for life in the Championship. The ongoing 49ers Enterprises takeover at Elland Road has slowed transfers and a managerial appointment this summer, but former Norwich City boss Daniel Farke is said to be the front runner for the vacant position.
The German boss was understood to be keen on signing him during his stint at the Canaries. Jurgen Klopp's side are said to be holding out for a fee in the region of £10million for Phillips, who's under contract until the summer of 2025.
The 26-year-old came through the academy set-up at Liverpool but has made just 29 senior appearances since making his first-team debut for the club back in 2020.
