Victor Orta plots big summer finish for Leeds United
Leeds United have made Luis Sinisterra their sixth signing of the summer transfer window.
The exciting Colombian winger joins Leeds on a five-year deal from Feyernoord a day after Tyler Adams was unveiled at Elland Road by director of football Victor Orta. And while Sinisterra will likely serve as a replacement for Raphinha, Leeds are said to be keen on making one final big splash in the transfer market to end their summer window.
The Express reports Orta wants to sign Belgian international Charles De Ketelaere to end their summer window on a high from Club Brugge. Signing the 21-year-old attacker would see Leeds break the £100m mark for their summer spending too.
Leeds United monitoring Genk full-back Gerardo Arteaga
Leeds United are reportedly keen on signing Mexican international left-back Gerardo Arteaga from Belgian side Genk this summer. The left-back is said to be available heading into the final year of his contract next summer with a host of Premier League sides tracking him.
According to Marca, Leeds, Fulham and Brighton are all interested in Arteaga, who has made 16 appearances for Mexico's senior national team. And there is also interest coming from Spain in the left-back, who is reportedly a target for Real Betis, Villarreal and Celta Vigo too.
