Your Leeds United transfer round-up for Tuesday, April 25.
Leeds face a battle to sign 'next Jack Grealish'
Whenever you're compared to Jack Grealish, you know it's a lofty comparison. But Bristol City midfielder Alex Scott has drawn these comparisons quite a lot in his breakthrough Championship season.
The 18-year-old has been a key contributor for the Robins, making 36 appearances for them this season. He has scored four goals and registered two assists, no mean feat given the quality of the English second tier.
In recent games, Scott has featured at wing-back, but is seen as a more creative midfielder, with his performances for Bristol this season having attracted plenty of admirers from potential Premier League suitors. Both Leeds and Spurs have been linked with the teenage prospect with the Daily Mirror reporting that they sent scouts to watch him earlier this month against Stoke.
Football League World have also reported that Norwich City are interested in the midfielder too, so Leeds could face stern competition for the starlet should their interest become concrete.
Leeds and Liverpool set to battle it out for Ramsay signature
According to the Sun, Leeds could be set to hijack Liverpool's bid to sign Aberdeen defender Calvin Ramsay.
The 18-year-old has become a regular for the Dons, having made 23 appearances in the Scottish Premier League this season.
A right-back by trade, Ramsay is said to be available for around £3m, with the Reds apparently desperate to add him to their ranks in an effort to provide cover for Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Sun also say that Leeds have one unique advantage over Jurgen Klopp's side, in that they could offer him a much faster route to first team football, which could prove to be a significant factor should talks begin to heat up.
