Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours for Wednesday, July 20.
Kalimuendo transfer hopes suffer blow
Leeds United's pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain forward Arnaud Kalimuendo may have hit an obstacle, with head coach Christoph Galtier in 'no rush' to sell the 20-year-old, as per Media Foot.
Kalimuendo has become increasingly linked with Leeds over the last couple of weeks, but now it's far from certain that the forward will even leave PSG. New head coach Galtier ‘has been impressed by his performances during pre-season and would like to wait before making a decision’.
The report also states that competition for Kalimuendo is heating up, with Newcastle United and now OGC Nice interested in the youngster. PSG reportedly want £21 million for Kalimuendo, a fee which Leeds are willing to meet.
Leeds in race for 'next Neymar'
Leeds are locked in a transfer battle with AC Milan and Benfica for Santos youngster Renyer, according to SempreMilan.
The 19-year-old has one year left on his deal at the Brazilian club, and is reportedly available at a bargain price. He could potentially leave the club for as little as £1.5 million.
Comparisons with Neymar are easy to make given they both came through at Santos, but Renyer is predicted to make a big impression in Europe. However, Leeds will have to see off competition from two European giants in AC Milan and Benfica.
AC Milan to fly to Belgium to push through deal for Leeds target
AC Milan's technical team will fly out to Belgium on Wednesday to push through a deal for Leeds United target Charles de Ketelaere, according to Calciomercato.
Leeds have been linked with de Ketelaere all summer, but the player has made it clear that he wishes to join AC Milan, and his move to the Italian giants could now pick up speed.
Milan's representatives will head to Belgium with the hope that the Club Brugge striker will complete his medical at the Serie A champions on Friday.
