Jesse Marsch has made two changes to his Leeds United line-up to face Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium this afternoon. The Whites drew in midweek against Everton and they’ll be keen to get back to winning ways today at the ground they dramatically sealed survival at in May.
There’s no Rodrigo today after he dislocated his shoulder at Elland Road and that means Marsch has been forced into a change up front. Joe Gehardt is the man to come in and he’ll be determined to make an impact on his first Premier League start of the season.
The youngster played a key role for the Whites last year and Marsch will be hoping he can link up well with Luis Sinisterra, Jack Harrison and Brenden Aaronson behind him. The other big news is that Cody Drameh starts for the Whites in place of the injured Rasmus Kristensen.

Kristensen is understood to have picked up a knock in training to rule him out of the clash, but he should be considered fit enough to play against Nottingham Forest next week. It’s Drameh’s first start of the season and he’ll be desperate to take his chance and impress.
Luke Ayling has travelled with the squad and he’s been named on the bench for the first time this season following knee surgery. Patrick Bamford continues to be eased back to action and he’s been named on the bench today.
Liam Cooper is another who is being eased back to fitness and he’s on the bench as he looks to pick up his first minutes of the Premier League season.
Leeds: Illan Meslier; Cody Drameh, Robin Koch, Diego Llorente, Pascal Struijk; Marc Roca, Tyler Adams; Luis Sinisterra, Brenden Aaronson, Jack Harrison; Joe Gelhardt.
Bench: Kristoffer Klaesson, Liam Cooper, Sam Greenwood, Mateusz Klich, Patrick Bamford, Adam Forshaw, Leo Hjelde, Luke Ayling, Crysencio Summerville.
