Leeds United supporters have piled in on Napoli after they were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool just days after the Whites' win at Anfield. Napoli, who heading into tonight's match were unbeaten in all competitions, saw a goal ruled out by VAR shortly after half time as Leo Ostigard was adjudged to have been in an offside position.
Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez then both scored late on for Liverpool to seal a 2-0 victory, though it was not enough to climb above their Italian opponents and top the group. Napoli have been arguably the best side in Europe so far this season but could not manage what Leeds did at the weekend as they became the first Premier League team to win away at Liverpool in over 18 months.
Crysencio Summerville was the hero for Leeds as he netted an 89th minute winner after Salah had cancelled out Rodrigo's opener. Here is what Leeds fans have been saying after Napoli's defeat.
