Leeds United supporters have hailed their side for a 'massive' win in their battle against relegation after they beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 at Elland Road on Tuesday night.
It was the worst possible start for Leeds when Forest opened the scoring through Orel Mangala after just 12 minutes. He curled his effort into the bottom corner from the edge of the box after Luke Ayling gave the ball away rather easily in the build-up, but it wouldn't take long for the Whites to draw level.
Jack Harrison made it 1-1 in the 20th minute after Keylor Navas could only spill a Marc Roca effort into the path of the winger to tap home the rebound. And things got even better for Javi Gracia's side just moments before half-time.

Luis Sinisterra produced a superb curling strike into the bottom corner inside first-half stoppage-time having picked up the ball out wide and cutting in-field at pace. Gracia's side went on to hold firm in the second-half as they claimed victory over their relegation rivals - a win that saw them climb up to 13th in the table.
It might just be a two point cushion over the bottom three, such is the congested nature of the bottom half of the table, but the win will give a vital boost of confidence for Leeds ahead of Crystal Palace's visit to Elland Road on the weekend.
And after the full-time whistle blew, it did not take long for supporters to heap praise on their side for what they recognised as a huge result in their battle to remain in the Premier League next term.
