Leeds United's trip to the London Stadium to face West Ham United will be shown live on Sky Sports.
The fixture has been included for the latest batch of televised games, and will kick-off at 1:30pm on Sunday, May 21.
It will be Leeds' penultimate game of the season, and could have huge implications on their bid for Premier League survival with both sides scrapping it out at the bottom end of the table.
