Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards believes Jack Harrison will be pivotal in the run in for Leeds United. The Whites are just two points above the Premier League relegation zone and face a difficult run of fixtures with eight games to go to ensure survival in the top flight.
There are are some question marks over Harrison's consistency, but he's been a key player under Javi Gracia since the Spaniard's arrival. Richards has hailed the winger's flexibility and says Harrison doesn't shy away from the ball, unlike some of his team-mates.
Richards told Sky Sports: "He’s a quality player. You look at his appearances, 20 goals, 15 assists, he’s scored four goals this season with six assists.

"What I like about him is his flexibility. He can play right, he can play left, he can play as a number 10, works really hard for the team and sometimes you’re watching Leeds, they’re trying to force the ball forward and players are shying away from the ball.
"With Harrison, he never does, he’s always willing to create something whether it’s from either side and when he can’t beat his man he puts his cross in early. I think he’ll be pivotal for the run-in for the rest of the season."
