Here are your Leeds United evening headlines for Tuesday, August 30.
Leeds United to turn to Italy international amid Hwang Hee-chan interest
Leeds United are reportedly keen on a move for highly-rated Italy international Wilfried Gnoto after reports suggested that Wolves striker Hwang Hee-chan was on Jesse Marsch's radar.
The Whites have been linked with a number of players during the course of the window, but a move has been branded as 'more likely' for the 18-year-old as per GiveMeSport.
But the links to reunited Hwang with the Leeds United boss do make sense, with the pair having worked with each other at RB Salzburg and RB Leipzig, however reports suggest that Marsch sees Gnoto as more of a long-term project at Elland Road.
Gnoto is yet to score for FC Zurich this campaign, but was a major contributor in their Swiss Super League triumph last season, registering 11 goal contributions in 33 games including eight goals.
He plays predominantly as a second striker but has the capabilities to play in the wide positions, with Italy manager labelling him as a more 'technical' forward, something that has attracted the interest of the Leeds United boss.
Gnoto has also represented the Azzurri, becoming the youngest goal scorer for Italy aged 18 years and 222 days, scoring against Germany in their Nations League group stage, breaking the previous record that been held since 1958 by Bruno Nicole.

Tottenham Dan James interest
Tottenham Hotspur are keen to sign Leeds United winger Daniel James as a replacement for the outgoing Bryan Gil. That is according to Mail Online, who claim that Gil is all but set for a loan switch to Valencia, however Spurs would like to ensure there is someone ready to come in before he leaves.
Spurs are looking to do a loan deal for James that includes a £20 million option to buy next summer, while Everton are also said to be interested in the Welshman. That said, according to the Daily Mirror, Leeds will reject any interest for James at this late stage of the window.
Jesse Marsch sees the 24-year-old as an important cog to his Leeds United machine, and will be looking to keep hold of James after his sides excellent start to the season. James spent much of last season playing out of position as a number nine, but has already started the last two matches as a right winger.
Leeds United supporters make Luis Sinisterra claim
Leeds United completed the signing of Luis Sinisterra from Feyenoord in July in a deal said to be worth around £21 million, but following Manchester United's confirmation of Antony's arrival at Old Trafford, many have questioned the fee paid by the Red Devils.
An agreement was reached with Ajax to sign Brazilian winger Antony for a fee in the region of £85 million. Antony is set to become Man United’s third most expensive signing of all time behind both Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku.
That is nearly a quarter of the fee in which their rivals from across the Pennines paid for Antony, but when their individual statistics from last season are analysed, it is difficult to see why there is such a difference.
Leeds fans have certainly been quick to point out that fact to Man United fans on Twitter in recent days following the completion of their deal for Antony.
See what they had to say about the signing here.
