Here are the latest Leeds United morning headlines on Sunday, April 10.
Hargreaves’ claim
Former England midfielder Owen Hargreaves has claimed the quality of Raphinha will help keep Leeds United in the Premier League. Raphinha netted the opener in a 3-0 win over Watford yesterday with a superb finish from the edge of the box.
Until Rodrigo Moreno added a second for Leeds 17 minutes from time, Raphinha’s goal was the only real moment of quality from either side. Speaking on Premier League Productions, Hargreaves hailed the Brazilian for his goal and says having a player of his class can only help Leeds’ survival bid.
He said: “[He has a] Wand of a left foot. You cannot let him in a position like this. Absolute perfection and he can keep them up. He’s on fire.”

Harrison on Marsch
Jack Harrison has detailed the difference in mentality in the Leeds United squad following the 3-0 win over Watford on Saturday afternoon. The Whites moved nine points clear of the relegation zone with a comfortable success at Vicarage Road, stretching their unbeaten run to four games in the process.
The Whites are beginning to build some momentum after suffering six successive defeats before the 2-1 success over Norwich City last month. Jesse Marsch's side have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 and Harrison has explained the change Marsch has made to the West Yorkshire side.
He told LUTV: "It is very different [to a month ago], and that is football. In the league, you can be under more pressure or less pressure based on teams around you and points.
"For us, as a team, it is important to stay composed, control what we can control and take it game by game. Since Jesse has arrived, we've been doing that and the results have come with our performances as well. We're at a crucial point of the season and we're doing well, so we now need to finish the season strong.
"For us as a team, we are always ambitious and we are going to get as many points as we can. I feel it was a massive result for us and we need to keep pushing against Palace."
Moments missed
Leeds United stretched their unbeaten run to four matches with a crucial 3-0 win over Watford at Vicarage Road. The Whites took the lead in the first half thanks to an excellent strike from Raphinha, before adding to their tally in the final 20 minutes through Rodrigo and Jack Harrison.
Leeds are now nine points clear of the bottom three ahead of Burnley’s trip to Norwich City later, which is the first of three games in hand. Amid all the drama down in Hertfordshire, our reporter Beren Cross has taken a look at all the moments you may have missed.
