Paul Robinson delivers judgement on Junior Firpo future
Paul Robinson says Leeds United should sell Junior Firpo and sign another left-back in the summer.

Firpo has undergone a remarkable transformation since Jesse Marsch's sacking and has established himself as a regular in the starting XI in recent weeks. The left-back also scored his first Premier League goal in Leeds' 1-0 victory over Southampton at Elland Road in March and has won the back of fans, who sang his name during the midweek win over Nottingham Forest.
Despite his recent improvement, the former Leeds goalkeeper still insists that the Whites should cash in on the former Barcelona man and search for a replacement.
“I can see him (Firpo) leaving in the summer. You don’t need three left-backs because you don’t need three left-backs,” he told MOT Leeds News. “Pascal Struijk can play there, he will be around next year because he’s a versatile player.
“He can play anywhere across the back and holding midfield and has played a lot of the season at left-back. They don’t need Firpo, Struijk and another left back, if they bring another player in, it will be at the disposal of Firpo.”
Roy Hodgson fires Crystal Palace performance-level warning ahead of Leeds United clash
Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has warned his side that performance levels can't drop at Leeds United despite their win over Leicester City last time out. The Eagles are just a point above the Whites ahead of this weekend's trip to Elland Road and are one of nine teams at risk of relegation this season.
Having parted company with Patrick Vieira, Palace are hoping the return of Hodgson will help steer them to safety, as he did during his latest tenure with the club. An injury time goal from Jean-Phillippe Mateta ensured Hodgson of a winning return to the dugout, but the Palace boss has called on his players to put in a similar performance against the Whites.
Speaking to the BBC, Hodgson said: "It's easy for me to say to the players ‘go and perform that way again,’ but of course it's not that easy"
Javi Gracia plays down role in Jack Harrison's Leeds United resurgence
Jack Harrison's resurgence as a key playmaker for Leeds has had little to do with Javi Gracia, the club's head coach insists.
Gracia has typically played down his role in the winger's return to form under the Spaniard, which has helped give Leeds' survival fight some momentum. Harrison has emerged from a relatively non-productive spell since the turn of the year, scoring three goals in Leeds' last four matches.
He has been involved in five of the Whites' 10 goals scored in Gracia's six league games in charge and on Thursday signed a new five-year contract at Elland Road.
