Bielsa reflects on Leeds exit
Former Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has admitted that the way in which his time at Elland Road ended is a regret, nine months on from the Argentine's sacking.
Speaking at an event in Norway organised by the Leeds United Supporters Club of Scandinavia, the former Whites boss said: "What I received from you Leeds supporters is much more than I deserve. I don’t think I am worthy of the recognition you are giving me. Because what I did at Leeds, I was paid for. My years in Leeds were amazing. I would have given it all to end it in a better way.”

Tyler Adams reflects on goalless England draw
Leeds midfielder and USA captain Tyler Adams has admitted that 0-0 was probably the fair result as his side held England on Friday evening at the Qatar World Cup.
The 23-year-old was arguably man of the match as he side frustrated the Three Lions and limited them to few opportunities, with the USMNT skipper saying post-match: "I'm not sure if we deserved to win. It was probably a 50-50 game in the end."

Marsch provides Ayling with key role
Leeds head coach Jesse Marsch has called for long-term servant Luke Ayling to be a key figure in the dressing room amid reduced game time this season.
The right-back has struggled for minutes with summer signing Rasmus Kristensen the American coach's preferred option but has been called upon to remain a key figure at the club whilst not playing as much as usual with Marsch saying: "Certainly Luke is that [an important figure] for us. So I've just tried to communicate decisions, I've tried to communicate what we need from him for him to continue to show, to be the example of how to handle difficulty with decision making from the manager and he's done that really well and to continue to be supportive of the group and to be ready to perform."

Jamie Carragher praises Adams after England vs USA stalemate
Former Liverpool and England defender Jamie Carragher has praised Leeds midfielder Tyler Adams after his display for the USA against England on Friday night as the two sides drew 0-0 at the World Cup.
The Sky Sports pundit tweeted: “A draw was a fair result, the energy of Adams and (Weston) McKennie was excellent and (Christian) Pulisic showed his class at times. Harry Maguire was superb for England.”
