Leeds United's relegation from the Premier League rounded off a dismal campaign which had very few positives. One of those silver linings, was the emergence of academy graduate Crysencio Summerville.
The Dutch youth international made 28 appearances in the top flight for the Whites last season with four goals and two assists in a breakthrough campaign. The 21-year-old winger impressed on a number of occasions, but there can be no debate, his late winner at Anfield was the pick of the bunch.
It was a moment that thrust Summerville into the national media spotlight, with the likes of Aston Villa and Borussia Dortmund looking to capitalise on Leeds' relegation and lure him away from Elland Road.
The ongoing ownership issue at the Whites will not make keeping hold of their key players any easier, but Leeds will be one of the biggest clubs in a competitive Championship next season. Losing Summerville would be a big blow, but if their recent record of transforming prospects into first-team players is anything to go by, all would not be lost.

Leeds Live has take a look at Macro Football for an insight into who Leeds could target to replicate the success of Summerville and it poses some interesting reading. The young Dutch international has an impressive impact in the final third and there are two hot prospects with similar stats.
Angers winger Justin Noel Kalumba has a 98.3 per cent similarity to Summerville, having broken into the first-team set-up this season. The French youth international is just 18-years-old and played seven games in Ligue 1, with his side relegated to the second tier.
A look at Championship rivals Sunderland and their recruitment process last summer, signing the likes of Abdoullah Ba, Edouard Michut and Isaac Lihadji, highlights the importance of not turning your nose up at unheard of prospects. The French trio all impressed at the Stadium of Light last summer and two of the three will be hoping to kick on again this season.
Muhammed Damar of Hoffenheim has a 92 per cent similarity to Summerville and has made one appearance in the Bundesliga to date. Like Summerville prior to his arrival at Elland Road, much of his football to date has been played at youth level, but could be worth a gamble.
