Leeds United have confirmed a second friendly of the winter break as Jesse Marsch's side look to step up their preparations for the return of Premier League football.
The Premier League was put on ice earlier this month to accommodate the ongoing World Cup in Qatar, but Leeds United's attention is now shifting towards the return of the domestic game, when Manchester City visiting the Whites on December 28.
With an Elland Road friendly against Real Sociedad already arranged for Friday, 16 December, Leeds will now head to Spain next week where they will take on another La Liga side in Elche CF at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero on Thursday, 8 December with a 7.15pm UK time kick-off.

The Spanish side will be selling tickets for the fixture, with sales commencing from 10am on Wednesday, 30 November. Tickets will cost €25.
Earlier today, Valencia also announced that they will be hosting a friendly against Leeds United's U21s side on Friday, 2 December.
After Leeds host Man City on the resumption of the Premier League season, they will close out 2022 with a trip to Newcastle United on New Year's Day.
Leeds trio Tyler Adams, Brenden Aaronson and Dan James will discover on Tuesday night if they will make the knockout stages in Qatar as they all play their final Group B matches. Rasmus Kristensen's Denmark play their final group game on Wednesday afternoon.
