Temperatures are set to be cold in Leeds today as they fall below freezing.
Snow is also on the way later this week as some weather warnings in North and East Yorkshire are already in place today. On Thursday and Friday, a Met Office yellow weather warning for snow will be in place for Leeds as well.
As for today, many will be waking up to freezing temperatures of 0C at 6am, which will increase throughout the morning to reach 4C by midday.

Temperatures will remain at this level until 4pm when they will drop down to 3C. They will decrease to 2C by 6pm.
Later on in the evening, at 8pm, temperatures will once again drop down to 1C before reaching 0C at 10pm. By 11pm, the temperature will be -1C.
The Met Office said: "A very cold start, with widespread frost and icy patches. Snow showers lighter and less frequent than Monday, with some sunny spells, particularly further inland.
"Maximum temperature 4 °C."
