Here are your latest Leeds United transfer rumours for Sunday, January 8.
Bamba Dieng
Leeds are keeping a 'close eye' on Marseille forward Bamba Dieng, despite the Senegal international snubbing a move to Elland Road on transfer deadline day back in the summer.
Dieng was on the verge of agreeing a deal with the Whites, until their bid was hijacked by OGC Nice just as he was about to jet off to West Yorkshire.

But in a dramatic turn of events, Dieng failed his medical with the Eaglets, and returned to Marseille as an unwanted man. Dieng has worked his way back into the fold at the Stadio Olympico, and is reportedly set to be offered a new contract.
However, according to 90Min, a number of Premier League clubs are monitoring the 22-year-old, who starred for Senegal at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Leeds are believed to have renewed their interest in Dieng, while Crystal Palace, West Ham, Leicester and Everton are also following him closely.
Ola Aina
Leeds are leading the race to sign Nigerian full-back Ola Aina from Torino, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport [via Sports Witness].
Aina is set to leave Turin, with his current contract expiring at the end of the season. Torino are looking for around €8 million, as they want to cash in on the 26-year-old this month due to his inconsistent performances.
Leeds could secure his signature for €5-6 million and are believed to be interested in the deal, with Torino wanting to avoid losing him for free in the summer.
Aina is currently nursing a bicep injury, which is expected to keep him out until the end of the month. He joined Torino on loan from Chelsea in the summer of 2018, before signing on a permanent basis at the start of the following season.
He spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Fulham and has registered two goals and six assists in 103 appearances across all competitions for Torino. Aina is a right-back by trade but has also played at left-back, centre-back and as a winger on either side.
