Batley Bulldogs head coach Craig Lingard has backed Luke Hooley to be a success in Super League after Leeds Rhinos completed a deal for the fullback. Hooley's performances have also seen him attract interest from elsewhere, with the Bulldogs fullback playing a key role in them reaching the Million Pound Game.
Lingard, who has overseen his development at Mount Pleasant, believes he has what it takes to make a quick transition to Super League. Speaking back in August, Lingard told Rugby League Live: "He has all the attributes athletically and he's a good kid with his head screwed on.
