The nature of Burrow's complaint is not yet known but his tweet triggered a reply from the airline, with Ryanair responding to apologise for his experience.
A spokesperson for the airline replied saying: "Hi Rob, let me apologize for that experience. The Special assistance team can be contacted here, feel free you contact us on the DMs if you need anything else."
LeedsLive has contacted Ryanair and Rob Burrow for further comment.
