A mum of four from Leeds has quit her job as an estate agent to run a restaurant with her family.
Monika Pyczyma and her partner Cezary Markowski from Alwoodley opened Monte Verde in Selby Road, Halton, last month.
The idea to open the business comes after Monika’s mum who managed an Italian restaurant when she was growing up always dreamt of opening her own.
