These are some of the most beautiful - and expensive - properties in Leeds.
Average house prices across the UK increased by 10.9% over the year to February 2022, up from 10.2% in January 2022, according to the most recent figures from the Office for National Statistics.
In the three months to March, these were the most expensive properties sold across the Leeds district. The most expensive properties were spread across the district, from Roundhay and Wetherby to Otley and Yeadon.

Below are Leeds' most expensive properties, based on sales in the three months to March.
6 Park Avenue, Roundhay, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS8 2JH, which is a detached house, sold for £2,000,000 on March 17 (This sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession).
2 Wharfe Grove, Wetherby, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS22 6HA, which is a detached house, sold for £1,450,000 on February 28.
The Farmhouse, East Breary Farm, Arthington Road, Bramhope, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 9LQ, which is a detached house, sold for £1,270,000 on January 10.
Stoneacre Lodge, Linton Lane, Wetherby, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS22 6HG, which is a detached house, sold for £1,100,000 on March 11.
The Birches, East Chevin Road, Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS21 3DE, which is a detached house, sold for £1,055,000 on February 08. The house, on the edge of Otley Chevin Country Park, is described as 'stunning' with its own study and games room and over an acre of gardens. Estate agents said the views of the Wharfe Valley "have to be seen to be fully appreciated".
Fairfields, Rigton Green, Bardsey, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS17 9AR, which is a detached house, sold for £1,030,000 on February 17. Estate agents described the six-bedroom home as 'magnificent' with doorstep access to quiet country lanes and far-reaching elevated views across the countryside.
Ashwood House, West Chevin Road, Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS21 3EZ, which is a detached house, sold for £1,000,000 on March 21.
6 Dunstarn Gardens, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 8EJ, which is a detached house, sold for £975,000 on March 11.
Moor Cottage, Moor Road, Bramhope, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 9HN, which is a detached house, sold for £950,000 on January 27.
25 Rufford Avenue, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7QR, which is a detached house, sold for £920,000 on January 06.
