A Leeds bar and restaurant chain is set to open its latest venue in Headingley offering breakfast, brunch and cocktails, in New York-inspired surroundings.
Residence 74 is preparing the two-floor venue for opening next month. Owners say it will serve a small and large plate menu in stylish surroundings with exposed brick, neon signage and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The space will provide 45 overs in the restaurant and 16 in its bar area. And a first floor area will equipped to cater for private parties, as well a "bottomless brunch" offering on weekends.
