A two-bedroomed flat in Leeds is one of the most expensive places to rent in the city at £8,800 every month.
This translates to £900 a week, or £43,200 every year. The city centre flat is located on Upper Basinghall Street and has stunning views of the rest of the city as well as easy access to shops and resturants in Leeds.
According to letting agents Livinc, the apartment is "spacious and self-contained" as well as "luxurious, modern and contemporary". The apartment also comes fully furnished, meaning you won't have to move in your own furniture.
There are one bed and two bed flats available as well as an executive suite. For a one bed flat rent costs £2,600 a month, for an executive suite it costs £3,150 and for a two bed it costs £3,600.
According to Livinc: "Each apartment is fully fitted with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher, and an open plan living and dining area with a Smart HD flat-screen TV. An in-room safe, and Nespresso coffee machine are also provided."
Within walking distance of Leeds Train Station, The Merrion Centre, The Light and many more services in the city centre, the apartment's central location means it is ideally placed for anyone who wants to spend their time in the city. Easy access to the train station and bus station also means travel around Leeds and beyond is simple.
However, the massive cost of the apartment may put some people off. While it does come with all bills included and Wi-Fi, it is still a sizeable amount to be paying each month.
