LEE Filters is a British manufacturer of filters for photographic and cinematic purposes and puts itself at the premier end of filter makers. Formed in 1967 in Andover, Hampshire, by the Lee brothers, LEE Filters has a history of expertise in color science and is known for iconic products, coining the Little Stopper, Big Stopper, and Super Stopper super-strength 'solid' ND filters.

While these game-changing NDs are synonymous with LEE Filters, in this test, I’m taking a closer look at the company’s graduated neutral density 100x150mm filter range, which is available in soft, medium, hard, and very hard transitions, for the very same LEE100 filter holder system that its ND stoppers slot into.
