LEAP India is set to launch its Rs 2,480 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) on August 7, 2026. Ahead of the launch, LEAP India shares are trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of around 2% over the upper end of the IPO price band, indicating positive sentiment among market participants.
Backed by global investment firm KKR, LEAP India is a leading asset-pooling and logistics infrastructure solutions provider. The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 151–Rs 159 per share.
