Leap India raises Rs 743.6 crore from 32 anchor investors ahead of IPO launch

Leap India backed by global investment firm KKR, has raised Rs 743.6 crore through its anchor book, with participation from 32 marquee investors. Ahead of the public issue, Leap India allotted 46,768,854 equity shares to anchor investors at an issue price of Rs 159 per share.

The anchor allocation witnessed participation from some of the world’s most prominent institutional investors, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund Inc., Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd., Government Pension Fund Global, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited, Société Générale – ODI, and BNP Paribas Financial Markets – ODI.
