A leafy home has gone on the market in Liverpool that boasts stunning views and luxury features.
The four bedroom detached house is within the exclusive area of Cressington Park. The private park, that’s a conservation area, was established in the 1800s and is made up of many Victorian villas.
It has a Grade II listed lodge at the entrance and a promenade that runs along the river Mersey. The home, on Cressington Esplanade, is listed for sale with Sutton Kersh, for £1,400,000.

From the outside the property may look unassuming but inside, it has a large swimming pool, access to a balcony from the bedrooms and a double garage. The plot also has a ‘fantastic’ outlook over the River Mersey and the Wirral Peninsula.
According to Rightmove, properties in Cressington Park had an overall average price of £397,881 over the last year. Most of the sales in the area during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £634,995.

While the home is more expensive than the average from the last 12 months, homes of the same size with 0.1mile of the property sold for close to one million pounds in 2021, with listings for £950,000 on Knowsley road being snatched up. Another home on Eaton Road, was also taken off the market after being advertised for £930,000.
Images show that the home is perfect for those who enjoy greenery. The home has ivy growing up the walls, mature trees and shrubs around the boarder of the plot and a wrap around garden with uninterrupted views of the waterfront.
Split across two floors, the home has plenty of living spaces, including a double garage that could be transformed into another family room. As well as a lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, there's also a separate utility, bathroom and study.
To the first floor there are four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms share access to a balcony , that over looks the River Mersey. Outside, the driveway leads to the integrated double garage but there's also a second driveway to the side of the property.
The listing reads: "Sutton Kersh are delighted to offer for sale this rare opportunity to purchase an outstanding detached residence amidst this exclusive private and leafy park. With unrivalled and uninterrupted views over the River Mersey and the Wirral Peninsular that can only be appreciated by way of inspection."
