Lea Michele offers to be Jonathan Groff’s surrogate: ‘Hell yeah!’

Now that would be a Broadway baby.

Lea Michele is game to star as Jonathan Groff’s surrogate — if he ever wants to have children, she shared in a new People interview alongside her former “Glee” co-star.

“I’ll carry your baby. I will,” the Bronx-born Michele, 35, told Groff. The best friends reunited in the musical series, following their success in “Spring Awakening” both Off- and on Broadway.

When Groff checked if he’d understood her right, asking, “You will?” Michele was enthusiastic, according to the magazine.

“Hell yeah! I love being pregnant,” she said. “It’s so much fun.”

“Good to know,” said the “Frozen” and “Mindhunter” star, 37, who noted he has “this weird quirk where I scare small children because — this was with my two nieces as well, between the ages of 0 and 2 — I come in hot with the enthusiasm, and it freaks them out.”

Groff noted “this is the case with [Michele’s son] Ever as well. So I’m slowly trying to play it cool to gain his love and affection back.”

Multiple former colleagues of Michele in 2020 came forward with allegations of misconduct.

Michele and husband, entrepreneur Zandy Reich — who married in 2019 — welcomed son Ever Leo in August 2020, shortly after “Glee” alum Samantha Ware accused Michele of having made the Emmy-winning show a “living hell” via “traumatic microaggressions.”

Though Michele at the time said she had “never judged others by their background or color of their skin,” she apologized “for my behavior and for any pain which I have caused.”

She said that her impending motherhood made her want “to better myself and take responsibility for my actions, so that I can be a real role model for my child.”

The allegations were followed by the termination of HelloFresh’s partnership with the Broadway alum, with the meal kit delivery service saying it was “disheartened and disappointed to learn of the recent claims.”
