LCP buys third retail centre in Aviemore at 'busy all-year-round tourist destination' off Santa Claus Drive

LCP Aviemore

Property investment group LCP has bought its third retail centre in Aviemore in just over year.

LCP acquired Aviemore Retail Park, Santa Claus Drive, off Grampian Road, for an undisclosed sum.

The 50,550 sq ft complex opened in 2017 and is fully let with six tenants – anchored by Aldi, with Superdrug, Costa Coffee, The Snug Speyside Distillery Visitor Experience, and a Tiso outdoor experience store.
