Lay's potato chips recall in two USA states; FDA assigns most severe risk warning

Lay's Classic Potato Chips have been recalled in Oregon and Washington after undeclared milk, a major allergen, was found in over 6,000 bags. While FDA implemented this recall last month on December 13, it was classified as 'highest risk level' on January 27.
