A lawsuit filed in federal court alleges that Madison Square Garden CEO James Dolan and former Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted a massage therapist a decade ago. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, claims that the therapist, Kellye Croft, was pressured into unwanted sexual intercourse by Dolan during a tour with the Eagles in 2013.
The lawsuit details an incident where Dolan allegedly pulled Croft towards him during a massage session, despite her resistance. Dolan, who was married at the time and significantly older than Croft, is accused of using his power and influence to coerce her into submitting to his advances.
