Lauryn Goodman joked about her wild 'lifestyle' as she revealed she was tucked up in bed at 8pm.
The social media star, who shares son Kairo, one, with the Man City footballer, shared a snap of herself in bed on Sunday night with nothing but a bag of Dairy Milk Caramel Buttons for company.
She'd previously posted to her 106,000 followers that she was ready for slumber at just 5.30pm, telling them she was waiting for an acceptable time to go to sleep.
"Yes I'm ready for bed and it's 5.30pm on a Sunday! Cream crackered.... 2 more hours," she shared.
She followed up her post with some sweet videos of little Kairo playing football in the corridor and of them tucked up together to read a bedtime story.
Lauryn showed her gratitude for the support she receives from her fans as she shared screenshots of messages from people who told her what a great mum she is to her little boy.
Lauryn regularly shares an insight into her life with the little one and their fun days out together, whether they're exploring gardens, visiting Santa or walking along the beach.
The devoted mum has been forced to defend herself from trolls in the past.
In December, she hit back at claims that she'd dyed her son's hair so that he looked more like his dad's other kids.
Kyle is also dad to Riaan, Reign and Roman with fiancée Annie Kilner.
After suggestions she'd tried to make little Kairo look more like his half-siblings, Lauryn hit back.
She said on Instagram : "Honestly I ignore the BS couldn't care less what people say. People can be super weird [laughing emojis]. Make things up and run with it.
"Oh the ones about I dye his hair to be like his brothers. I honestly know I'm a very good mother and I've done the best I can by Kairo.
"No matter what people may have speculated in the beginning I think my journey has shown otherwise."
