Chelsea secured a crucial 3-2 win over London rivals Tottenham on Sunday afternoon and returned to the top of the Women's Super League table.
Jess Carter opened the scoring inside the opening 10 minutes before former Blue, Bethany England, levelled the scoreline for the hosts. However, a sensational solo effort from Lauren James restored the lead for Emma Hayes' side before the break.
Guro Reiten then made it three shortly into the second half, but it looked like a comeback could be on for the hosts as Nikola Karczewska pulled one back with minutes left on the clock. It was too little too late, however, as Chelsea held on to claim all three points.

"It's always tough coming here," James told the BBC post-match. "We're just happy to come out with a win.
"We stuck together and continued with our game plan. We had belief, and it showed."
James' effort saw her skip past multiple Spurs players before slotting her effort into the bottom corner. It was another fantastic run of play from the 21-year-old as she continues to cement her place in the team under Hayes.
On the goal itself, she continued: "I like to wait for players to engage as it allows me to do what I'm good at. When I'm on the right I always like to drift into wherever opens up.
"She (Hayes) has been brilliant with me. Last year it was difficult and she's eased me back in gradually and I'm building my minutes. I'm happy and I think you always play your best football when you're happy.
"Coming back in at the start was difficult, finding momentum. But with the team around me, it's allowed me to grow. Chelsea has always been home and family for me."
Hayes' side return to the summit of the WSL table following the win, as title rivals Manchester United were held to a 0-0 draw against Everton in the earlier kick-off. The Blues are next in action midweek for a Conti Cup semi-final clash against West Ham.
