Lauren Goodger is enjoying the final few weeks of her pregnancy and promoting the benefits of reflexology to her Instagram followers.

The reality TV star, 35, is due to give birth very soon and is preparing for another natural home birth, with the help of a doula.

The former TOWIE star and amateur footballer Charles Drury are expecting their second baby together, less than a year on from the arrival of their daughter Larose in July 2021.
