Lauren Goodger took to Instagram on Thursday to share a poem which seemingly describes her current feelings after a number of tragedies in her life.
The TOWIE star, 35, announced the devastating news last month that baby Lorena had died shortly after she was born and has again shared words telling her fans she is "broken". She has been open in sharing her pain with her 854,000 followers since the awful news but seems determined to turn her life around.
Lorena's death has not been the only heartache she has suffered lately either, as it was also reported the reality star was hospitalised with facial injuries after an alleged assault in the early hours of the morning following the funeral service for Lorena.
On top of that, ex Jake McLean was also killed last month in a car crash in Turkey a nd she shared a picture from his funeral brochure last week which said his "smile and energy would light up anyone's day".
Now, her latest upload seemed to give an insight into exactly how she's feeling and indicated a lot had also gone on outside of the public eye.
The lengthy poem read: "You've been through a thousand things in your life people don't even know about. You've experienced things that have shook you, changed you, broke you, built you and taught you to be stronger than you ever thought you had the ability to be. And you are who you are for all of it."
The post continued to give an apparent vow, as it read: "So the next time someone judges you based on a small part of what they see and how they interrupt that, remember who you are, remember how much you've overcome and smile and keep walking because you don't have a single thing to prove to anyone else.
"You already proved so much to yourself who muddled through storms that people didn't even see because of how you carried yourself."
Lauren honoured Lorena's death recently by getting a tattoo which was inked using the tot's ashes. She took to social media to showcase her new ink and explain the special tribute, which shows Lorena’s name written in cursive and a butterfly.
She wrote: "So my Lorena tattoo has been tattooed with her ashes. It’s something special. Her ashes are now tattooed in me forever."
