Lauren Goodger has revealed she's feeling "stronger and healthier" as she has overhauled her lifestyle after experiencing a "horrendous" time of late.
The 36-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star has began eating a healthier diet and exercising with personal trainer and former Dreamboy Lotan Carter in a bid to transform her lifestyle.
Lauren faced heartache earlier this year as her second daughter Lorena tragically died shortly after she was born.
The same month her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean also tragically died in a car crash after losing control of the vehicle in Turkey.
Her then-boyfriend Charles – who is also father to Lauren's daughter Larose – was subsequently arrested on suspicion of assault and later bailed.
Later, Lauren is said to have "washed her hands" of ex Charles, with whom she also shares daughter Larose with, and moved into a swanky new pad with her daughter.
Meanwhile, Charles is reported to have moved in with one of Lauren's close family friends, leaving her "devastated".
Now Lauren, who recently returned to OnlyFans, has also revealed to OK! magazine how she is in a "healthier place" following the series of tragic events.
"I’m still going through such a horrendous time of my life, but I’m slowly getting there," she explained. "After everything that happened, I stopped eating completely. It wasn’t on purpose – I just physically didn’t feel hungry because of the grief and anxiety. Now I’m in a healthier place because I can eat again."
Lauren said she was "healing" and is "always on the go" because of her active daughter Larose, one.
Mum Lauren added how she lost weight after the death of her second daughter and said: "It was because I felt sick all of the time. It was a horrible feeling of sadness because I just wasn’t hungry. Now, I’m healthier – I’m eating and I’m not eating s**t."
While Lauren is still enjoying the odd takeaway she said she is eating things "in moderation" and isn't on a strict diet but is being more mindful about her food choices.
She is now focussed on "finding a balance" after going from "one extreme to another" during and after her pregnancy with her late daughter Lorena.
Meanwhile, the reality star has taken to working out with a personal trainer and says she is doing "lots of squats, lifting balls, stretches and boxing".
Lauren added how "training helps me mentally" as she isn't seeking therapy or on medication following her difficult year.
"I haven’t had any therapy and I’m not on medication. People have advised me to see a counsellor and maybe I will in the future, but it’s not something I want to do right now. I deal with things differently," she said, before adding she is a "warrior".
The former TOWIE star revealed hopes to become a "nice, curvy size 10" and hopes to have her breast implants removed, too.
