Love Island's Laura Anderson has shared an emotional video on Instagram of her being reunited with her pet dog Buddy, following their return to the UK from Dubai. It starts with the 33-year-old walking into a house before opening a door leading to her little pooch.
Moments later Buddy starts jumping all over Laura, as she kneels down to pick him up. In the post to her 1.4M followers, she said that it had been a "testing couple of weeks" with only the people close to her knowing the "ins and outs".
Laura also added that she's struggling to deal with public "speculation" but has vowed to come out the other side stronger.
The Scot who appeared on Series 4 of Love Island has once again split from split from Dane Bowers, just weeks after announcing that they had begun fertility treatment to try and start a family.
In her most recent post, she said: "It’s been a testing couple of weeks to say the least and only those close, know the ins and outs. Dealing with any public speculation isn’t the easiest at this time either but we rise above and come out the other side stronger. Nothing can keep you down in life unless you allow it right because life goes on
"I just wanted to share this little video of the light of my life as you all know, Buddy/Angel/Monkey whatever his name is today. He really does give me more strength than he knows.
"The best skill I’ve ever learned is to be resilient and this is exactly what he did travelling over on the plane on his own to meet me here in the UK. I couldn’t be prouder, and thank you @sandypawsllc I cannot recommend Anum and her team at Sandy Paws enough. I owe you so much."
