Latest snapshot of coronavirus impact

AUSTRALIAN VACCINATION NUMBERS:

* There have been 52,701,104 vaccine doses administered in the national COVID-19 rollout up to Tuesday, including +161,740 in the previous 24 hours.

* Of that total, 32,896,294 have been administered by Commonwealth facilities, an increase of 129,434 in the previous 24 hours.

* State and territory facilities have administered 19,804,810 vaccines, an increase of 32,306 in the last 24 hours.

* More than 95 per cent of people aged 16 and over have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 94.1 per cent are double vaccinated.

* A total of 10,317,497 people aged over 16 have received more than two doses, an increase of 139,440 in the previous 24 hours.

AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:

* 29,216 new cases: 10,463 in NSW, 8149 in Victoria, 6596 in Queensland, 1624 in South Australia, 1050 in the Northern Territory, 594 in the ACT, 625 in Tasmania, and 115 in Western Australia.

* The national death toll is 4716 (+64): NSW 1776 (+27), Victoria 2304 (+18), Queensland 399 (+12), South Australia 162 (+4), ACT 31, NT 13 (+3), Tasmania 23 and WA 10. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).

GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:

* Cases: at least 415,162,923.

* Deaths: at least 5,836,601.

* Vaccine doses administered: 10,257,109,696.
