Latest Premier League odds: Outright winner, top four, relegation and top scorer

EPL Arsenal Liverpool Brighton Chelsea Fulham Newcastle Aston Villa Everton Nottingham Forest

Holders Manchester City are the favourites to win the Premier League next season ahead of the fixtures release on Thursday. Pep Guardiola's side are the strong favourites at 8/13 with bookies Betfred while last season's challengers Liverpool are 2/1.

Chelsea are a distant 16/1 along with London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Meanwhile, it could be an exciting race for the top four positions again with Chelsea ( 8/11 ), Spurs ( evens ) and Manchester United ( 11/10 ) all priced fairly strongly to bag a Champions League spot, while Arsenal are 2/1 and Saudi-backed Newcastle are 8/1.
