Manchester United secured a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Premier League leader Liverpool with a late equalizer by Amad Diallo. Diallo capitalized on Alejandro Garnacho's cross in the 80th minute at Anfield, cancelling out Mohamed Salah's penalty that had put Liverpool in the lead.

This result halted United's four-game losing streak and prevented Liverpool from extending its lead at the top of the standings. Despite the point gained, United's head coach expressed disappointment, emphasizing the need for more from his team.
