'Had a gutful': Steel blasts industry opposition to developer licences

Planning Minister Chris Steel has slammed the ACT's property developers, saying their criticisms of the new developer licensing scheme are "no surprise".

"The community has had a gutful of dodgy developers in this city," Mr Steel said.
