Hebridean 'wild water' Larkfire has become the water of choice for whisky at Boisdale, one of London's most prestigious food and drink groups.
The group's restaurant and whisky bars at Mayfair, Belgravia, Canary Wharf and Bishopsgate opted for the bottled water from Lewis to offer to well-heeled customers sampling their extensive range of malts. A tasting event on February 11 at Boisdale Belgravia will officially launch the collaboration.
The partnership comes after London venues such as Soho Whisky Club selected Larkfire for their regular tastings.
