A large part of Cardiff city centre was sealed off on Sunday as a film crew took over.
Two London buses and a London cab could be seen on Park Street, in the shadow of the Principality Stadium, as BBC sci-fi drama Doctor Who filmed scenes, which it often does in the Welsh capital. Filming is expected to continue on Monday, June 26.
Park Street, near gate five of the Principality Stadium, was totally closed off as filming took place all day and into the evening. Scenes being filmed appeared to include people running and screaming.
Although there appeared to be no major stars of the show, such as Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson, present, there were what appeared to be stunt doubles, with one riding an orange Vespa in the opposite direction of the actors running away screaming.

Recently Ncuti has been pictured with Doctor Who fans in Cardiff. The new Doctor had been filming at the Sherman Theatre for series 14 of the BBC One programme, which is set to return in 2023. You can keep up to date with the latest TV and showbiz news by signing up to the newsletter here.
He was spotted leaving the theatre after a day of filming indoors, which wasn't visible to the public, but he took time to say hello to fans before heading home. Many had waited for hours outside the set and were delighted when the star stopped to talk.
Filming is well underway and the show's stars have been seen around Cardiff, Newport, and on the coast in Pembrokeshire for Ncuti Gatwa's first series in the Tardis. Doctor Who returns in November 2023 with three episodes starring David Tennant and Catherine Tate after which Ncuti Gatwa's first episode as the 15th Doctor will air over the festive period.
