The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) issued a tactical alert after a group of pro-Palestinian protesters set up an encampment outside of City Hall yesterday. The demonstration consists of approximately 20 tents and 50 individuals lining the downtown L.A. sidewalk. The protesters were observed waving flags and chanting slogans in support of a free Gaza.
Authorities have reported that they are closely monitoring the encampment. As of now, there have been no reports of any arrests made in connection with the protest. The LAPD is actively keeping a watchful eye on the situation as it unfolds.
