Landmark shopping centre The Mall in Blackburn sold for £40m

Blackburn Mall

A landmark shopping centre has been sold for £40m to the retail arm of the Adhan Group of Companies.

Capital & Regional has exchanged contracts to sell The Mall in Blackburn after the property was valued at £38.2m in December 2021.

Completion of the sale, which is subject to local authority freeholder consent, is expected to take place around the end of June.
