A landlord has been criticised for asking prospective tenants to bring their own floor with them when they move in.
The one-bedroom end-of-terrace house in Littleborough, near Rochdale, is on the market for £475-per-month.
But photos on Rightmove reveal a lack of one rather basic feature, the Mirror reports.
There are no carpets throughout the diminutive property, with bare flooring in the lounge and bedroom and untreated wooden stairs.
The pad also appears to have just basic tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.
A listing for the property read: "Please be aware the property is let unfurnished and any successful applicant would be expected to put their own flooring in."
Social media users were left outraged by the cheeky request, branding the owner a 'chancer' and 'p**s artist'.
Actress Angela Hazeldine stumbled across the listing while looking for a property to rent.
The 40-year-old said: "Just looking at flats to rent and one of them says flat is 'unfurnished' renter would be expected to 'put own flooring in'.
"That's not a thing surely."
She also tweeted Rightmove - which is promoting it for Andrew Kelly estate agents - and said: "Rightmove how is this allowed?
"The landlord basically wants you to pay their mortgage and carpet their entire house.
"On what planet is this acceptable?"
Mick Cooper added: "That's hilarious.
"I hope if someone moves in, they take the floor with them when they leave.
"Landlord is a chancer."
Nia Jones joked in response: "P**s artists."
The property, which has since been removed from Rightmove's website, boasts that it is "well appointed" and in a sought after residential location.
It also says it is near shops and close to the open countryside and has gas central heating and double glazing.
Potential renters were astonished the landlord had not included a floor in the listing and others joked they would take one with them when they left.
The rest of the listing reads: "Available now, no pets.
"Andrew Kelly's are delighted to offer for let this very well appointed stone end terraced situated in a sought after residential location on the doorstep of Littleborough village, shops, Hollingworth Lake and open countryside.
"Comprising vestibule, lounge, modern galley style kitchen, one first floor bedroom and box room which is ideally suited to office space and shower room/WC.
"Benefits include gas central heating, double glazing and private rear yard."
A spokesman for Rightmove confirmed the property listing had been taken down, stating: "This listing has been removed from Rightmove. "
