A thug who left his girlfriend scarred for life after he stabbed her with a corkscrew has been jailed for 18 months.

Oliver Richardson, 22, brutally attacked his partner while on holiday to Craig Tara Holiday Park in Ayr.

During the assault, he hit her on the face with a mobile phone, dragged her to a bathroom, and demanded she take a shower.
