A Lanarkshire dad providing vital medical training to help those wounded in war-stricken Ukraine, has told of the horrors he's faced on the frontline.
Former police officer Craig Borthwick was horrified to see dozens of children's body bags literally stockpiled while at a hospital in Lviv.
And while he was there, the body of a fatally wounded seven-year-old was carried through, with Craig only able to watch on as a young family grieved over the tragic loss at the hands of the Russian invasion.
