A community role model who has spent 30 years helping the hungry and homeless has been forced to sleep in a chair.
Cancer survivor Cathie Curran, aged 79, has not had a bed to lie in since she was discharged from hospital without having a proper a care plan in place.
Cathie has been suffering from pain and discomfort daily due to associated health problems and has slept in a chair at home for 48 days, reports Lanarkshire Live.
